Terms & Conditions of computer work
Duration of
project ► 10th Months
System
Requirement ► MS-Office (2007, 2010, 2013 & 2016)
§ Security deposit will be refunded after successful completion of
the 2nd job work.
§
Per scanned file only two
mistakes is allowed, more than two mistakes page will be disqualified.

Ø
Project report is
generated on the basis of technical specifications& report will be send
through e-mail only.
Ø
Incomplete project will
not be accepted.
Ø
Job will be treated as
incomplete, if it is not submitted on time due to any reason.
Ø
The company will provide one
opportunity for plan A & two opportunities for plan B, if vendor fail to
give accuracy or fail to submit or incomplete in job then the contract will be
terminated. No further assignment will be provided by the company and the
deposit amount will be forfeited.
Ø
Vendor doesn’t have right
to terminate the agreement if so security deposit will
not be refunded or transfer.
Ø
One PC/Laptop is mandatory
for one project only. If project is done in multiple PC/Laptop then contract
will be terminated.
Ø
Project report &
payment will be provided after 3 working days from the date of submission only
if total pages submitted.
Ø
If vendor is not in
contract with the company for two months after registration or last job
submission then company has right to terminate the contract and the
registration and security deposit will not be refunded (without informing the
vendor).
Ø
The company assures you to
provide continuous job till the contract period.
